As the company grew, it got harder to manage client onboarding. They have tried many project management softwares like Trello and Monday.com but no software can automate their business process in one place with ease.
The company receives leads from LinkedIn messaging and email. Leads ask about questions like type of package and give indication if they are ready to buy now. After payment is made, there is a questionnaire sent to the client. All relevant documents such as resume, questionaire and any special request are passed to the team to review.
We automated the whole client onboarding process. When a lead reaches out, our AI understands their intent. The software auto replies information about the services they requested. Then, the lead can decide if they want to purchase the service they want. This can be done on LinkedIn or email.
After the lead indicated they want to pay, the software sends a payment link to a customer and verifies if the payment has been paid into the payment gateway account.
